The original design of the dust collection at the kiln tail of the Panjiang Cement Plant in Yunnan used an electric dust collector . Due to the low dust collection efficiency of the electric dust collector, it has been unable to meet the new standard emission requirements. Therefore, we switched to a bag-type Dust collector.
Bag dust collector design instructions
(1) Floor area of bag dust collector: length × width = 15000mm × 11000mm, which is consistent with the basic size of the original electric dust collector.
(2) The maximum air volume of the bag dust collector can reach 360 000m3 / h. In actual use, the filtering wind speed of the dust collector is lower than 1.0m / min for a long time, which is very beneficial to reduce the resistance of the dust collector and increase the life of the filter bag .
(3) The filter bag is made of the new type FMS9806 high-temperature needle felt felt, which can withstand temperatures up to 260. It operates at low filtration wind speed and has a service life of more than 2 years.
(4) Due to the requirements of the manufacturer, ASCO 2 inch right-angle valve is used as the pulse valve . The valve has high resistance. It is recommended to use a submerged pulse valve if conditions permit.
