However, some problems exposed during the design and operation of the bag filter of the solid waste incineration system should be paid attention to. The waste incineration flue gas has a large moisture content and contains acidic gases such as HCL and HF. The acid dew point is high and the corrosivity is strong. The dust is highly hygroscopic and easy to scale and compact. Hazardous waste and medical waste incineration facilities in China have a small scale of treatment, complicated types of waste treatment, unstable operation of incinerators, and other factors leading to unstable flue gas conditions. During the operation of the dust collector, the control of the flue gas temperature should be strengthened, not only to prevent the high temperature and hot particles of the flue gas, but also to prevent low temperature corrosion and paste bags. In the design, attention should also be paid to the thermal insulation of the dust collector box and the heat tracing of the ash bucket. If necessary, a hot air circulation heating system should be set up, and the equipment and the flue anticorrosive treatment should be provided.
